What is a tracked company?
A company with at least one recurring line item on a Closed Won deal. Companies without recurring revenue never use a slot, and a company keeps its slot once it has been tracked.
What happens when I reach 15 companies on Free?
Companies you already track keep updating. New companies wait until you upgrade, and the dashboard shows how many are waiting. Nothing is deleted.
How do I upgrade?
From Settings → Plan in the dashboard. Until self-serve checkout opens, upgrades are handled by email.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Your plan runs to the end of the paid period, then drops back to Free. The properties stay on your companies either way.
Is there a trial of Pro?
Free is the trial: it is the full product on up to 15 companies, with no time limit.
