These terms govern your use of Termline (the “Service”), operated by Freesoul Games (“we”). By installing the app or using the Service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent (“you”).
1. The Service
The Service connects to your HubSpot portal, calculates recurring-revenue figures from your deals and line items, writes them to company properties, and shows them in a web dashboard. It requires a HubSpot Starter, Professional or Enterprise subscription, which you obtain from HubSpot separately.
2. Your account
Access is through HubSpot. You are responsible for who in your organisation can install the app and sign in, and for keeping your HubSpot account secure.
3. Plans and fees
- The Free plan covers up to 15 tracked companies at no charge.
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the prices on our pricing page when you subscribe, plus applicable taxes.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.
4. Your data
You keep all rights to your HubSpot data. You grant us the rights needed to process it to provide the Service, as described in our privacy policy. You confirm that you are entitled to let us process it.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no attempts to access other customers' data, disrupt or overload the Service, reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it to break the law or HubSpot's terms.
6. Calculations
Figures follow the rules described in our documentation and depend on the data in your portal. They are provided to help you run your business and are not accounting, tax or financial advice. Review figures before relying on them for financial reporting.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may improve or change features. If we discontinue the Service, we will give at least 60 days' notice and refund prepaid fees for the unused period.
8. Disclaimer
Except as expressly stated in these terms, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or end access for a material breach of these terms. On termination we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here, and material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after that means you accept them.
